Record is frozen and does not respond Issue Certain records freeze and do not open up at all even if the other records of the same table open up.

They are unresponsive and do not let perform any action on the record.

Cause This issue can be caused by multiple reasons

Resolution Check for custom business rules or client scripts on the table and make them inactive If the issue does not resolve, revert the changes made

The description on the form can cause issues sometimes If the Description looks weird or is in any other language apart from English or the existing language of the form, remove the description as it might be corrupted

Even if this does not resolve the issue;

Check the form layout by opening another record from the same table and check all the sections Look for any custom formatter present on the form and remove the custom formatter from the form layout
