Users of legacy workspaces will be taken to the Orlando UI Builder if they choose to edit their landing pages. ServiceNow stopped supporting Orlando and the custom legacy workspaces which are failing post Quebec upgrade. Users of the new CSM Configurable Agent Workspace, or users who have created custom workspaces or custom portals via App Engine Studio, will be taken to the Now Experience UI Framework if they choose to edit pages within that experience. It is recommended to use the Now Experience UI Framework or App Studio to be in sync with latest features.
