Activate "Vulerability Response" plugin2. Create 2 duplicates in linux server3. In the sn_vul_m2m_ci_services table, manually add 2 entries with both duplicate CI's related to the same service4. Try to remediate these two CI's (if there is not yet a task, open one CI and view its Dashboard)5. Choose a master CI, choose attributes, and choose whether or not to merge relationships.5. Choose to merge Related Business Services [sn_vul_m2m_ci_services]6. Choose whether or not to delete duplicates7. Look over summary and Remediate.8. See that there is an error, stating that duplicates are not allowed in Related Business Services [sn_vul_m2m_ci_services] table. This table should not be changed by Duplicate Remediator. After remediating the duplicates, the customer should re-calculate vulnerabilities, and the Related Business Services [sn_vul_m2m_ci_services] table should be updated accordingly.WorkaroundThis is working as expected. Note we have below property for Duplicate CI Remediator Configuration > CMDB Properties > Duplicate CI Remediator Properties > "Comma Separated list of related tables in the format 'table'.'reference column' that should be excluded for merging during duplicate CI remediation". Customer can add any class explicitly to exclude it from being merged during duplicate CI remediation. Related Problem: PRB1377558
