(Intermittent) Interaction wait time permanently stuck at "1 second" after interaction insertionDescription Interaction wait time permanently stuck at "1 second" after interaction insertion. This appears to be because it's possible for time to pass between the time the opened_at field is set before insertion and the time that the "Calculate Wait Time" business rule subtracts that from the "current" time, and because the same business rule will not update the wait time again if it is already non-zero. Business Rule "Calculate Wait Time" /nav_to.do?uri=sys_script.do?sys_id=80a2b15a37330300a213a7f07e41f118 Steps to Reproduce This can intermittently happen on any instance, but to reproduce it more reliably, add a "before insert" business rule (order < 1000) that calls "gs.sleep(1000)".1) Make an agent available on workspace2) Open a chat as a requester, and ask for live agent.3) Wait for 10 seconds to accept the chat.Check the wait_time field on the interaction and awa_work_item.Expected: Both the interaction and awa_work_item wait time should be 10 seconds or a bit more.Actual: The awa_work_item wait time looks right, but the interaction wait time is only 1 second (or maybe 2). Audit history on the interaction shows that the wait time was added on interaction insertion and never updated when the agent accepted it.WorkaroundThis problem has been fixed.
