System Property 'glide.knowman.enable_multi_language_search' to enable multi language search does not work with some Service Portal widgetsIssue After modifying the Employee Center Portal to use the kb_home page as the KB Home page instead of the out-of-the-box esc_knowledge_home page, the widgets "Most Viewed" and "Most Useful" on that page, as well as the search widget, are only displaying and returning articles in the user's currently configured language, even when multi language search is enabled.CauseThis is working as designed in the currently supported releases. The following widgets will only display articles in the current user's language even when multi language search is enabled:- Knowledge MostViewed Articles- Knowledge MostUseful Articles- Faceted Search The following widgets will instead return articles in all languages when the multi language search system property 'glide.knowman.enable_multi_language_search' is set to true:- KB Top Rated- KB Most Viewed- Knowledge Language Facet- Knowledge Query Facet
