Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce:

Log in as admin user Go to Favorites and pin the feature to left hand side of browser by using "pin" function Go to list view of "All cases". Try to Drag and drop one of the case record to "Favorites" section. Expected - It allows to add it to Favourites like UI16

Actual - Unified Navigation UI does not do same.

Workaround This is expected behavior and by design in all currently supported releases.
