Time out value not set for Http Builder Client, So it causing Mid server Thread hung issue Description Time out value not set for Http Builder Client, So it causing Thread hand issues in some environments

Steps to Reproduce

Run AWS cloud discovery ->Discovery triggers multiple API calls to AWS server.

When we did not receive a response from the AWS server, Multiple threads are got stuck while Making AWS API calls in AWS patterns. API call made thread waiting for response indefinitely.

Workaround As a workaround , use attached updateset
