In Multi SSO enabled instances - Session timed out message is never displayed on platformIssue In Multi SSO enabled instances,When Platform and Agent workspace are opened in two different tabs, During session got timed out when user is in stand by with platform screen, session timed out message is never displayed on platform.ReleaseQuebec, RomeCauseThe issue is happening due to the property 'glide.amb.session.timeout.multisso_custom' is not configured on the affected instance.ResolutionNeed to configure the property 'glide.amb.session.timeout.multisso_custom' to 'true' on the affected instance, in order to leverage the session timeout Modal behaviour with MultiSSO If property is enabled then irrespective of whether Multisso is enabled or not, upon session expiry customer would see a modal with session timeout message & a button which would do a page refresh on click of it. If property is not enabled then the existing platform behaviour would be honoured (With MultiSSO enabled, session timeout modal will not appear).
