The card titles of "My Tagged Documents" cannot be accessed using the Tab key on the keyboard. Description The card titles of "My Tagged Documents" can not be accessed using the Tab key on the keyboard.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in a Rome or San Diego instance 2. Go to My Tagged Documents > Most Recent 3. Use the Tab key on the keyboard to try navigate through the document cards

The card titles are inaccessible. Only the Close buttons can be accessed using the tab key.
