Session language is not localized as per user specification in MS Teams Description Boolean topic control is not translated in MS Teams according to the session language.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install a language plugin 2. Create a boolean control topic 3. Run this on VI API for two or more users set with different languages (english and non-english)

All users are still seeing untranslated "Yes" and "No" options in default English.
