Hop to any OOB San Diego instance2. Make sure the below system property is set to truehttps://<instance_name>.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_properties.do?sys_id=3618dafdc7e02010099a308dc7c2603d3. Change the application scope of "Base agent workspce"4. Navigate to sys_user_role table and create a new custom role under appliocation "Base agent workspce" and check the "Elevated privilege" checkbox and hit save.5. Create a test user in sys_user table and add role "security_admin", "admin" and the new custom role that is created in "step 4" under roles related list tab6. Now login to the instance in an incognito window or a seperate browserhttps://<instance_name>.service-now.com/navpage.do7. Login as test user that is created in "step 5"8. Now click the user profile at top right and then click the "elavate roles" option, notice the user is unable to elvate to the custom role that is created under the scopped application.Expected behavior: Test user should be able to elvate to the custom role that is created under scopped applicationActual behavior:Test user unable elvate to the custom role that is created under scopped applicationWorkaroundThis problem is currently under review.
