This article provides troubleshooting steps to resolve notification delivery issues. 1. Navigate to Provider > Notifications. 2. Search for your notification. In this case, the label is Incident commented. 3. Select the When to Send tab and verify that all conditions and triggers are set up correctly. 4. Select the Who will receive tab Verify the columns mentioned in Recipients listed in fields.Open the incident record and check that you have the correct values for the columns. Note: If you have specify the Watchlist column but have no value in the incident record for the watch list, you will not receive a notification.
