Steps to Reproduce

> Take an OOB instance and create an experience with App Shell UI as "Portal App Shell" > Navigate to the experience in the UI Builder > Menu > Edit experience Settings > Navigation and Menus > Enable "Navigation Menu" and Save all changes. > Now click on "Advanced navigation menu settings". > Set the Type as "Json" and the Value as the following :

Expected: In the UI when we click on the Menu button it should take us to Google. Actual: No Response

Workaround This problem has been fixed. If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In or Intended Fix Version fields to determine whether any versions have a planned or permanent fix.
