Additional field visibility when 'Success measurement method' field is changed in CIM module in 'Assess' stateDescriptionAdditional field is shown when 'Success measurement method' field is changed in 'Assess' state. The issue is not happening for the record if State of the Improvement Initiative record is in any other(new, accepted or approved).Steps to Reproduce 1. Login to any instance which is in Rome version (P4)2. Navigate to Continual Improvement->My CIM Initiatives OR access below URLhttps://<instance_name>.service-now.com/sn_cim_register_list.do?sysparm_query=active%3Dtrue%5Erequested_forDYNAMIC90d1921e5f510100a9ad2572f2b477fe&sysparm_view=3. Click on new 4. Fill mandatory fields and move the state to "Assess">Go to Goals section on the form, change the "Success measurement method" field valueFROM "Automated: PA Indicator" TO"Survey & Assessment" (suppose)Expected behavior: The "Survey & Assessment" field should pop up, it should be mandatory and "Improvement KPI" field should be hidden.Actual behavior: The "Survey & Assessment" field is populating as expected and it is mandatory but, the "Improvement KPI" field will NOT be hidden.NOTE: 1) The issue is not only while the selecting "Survey & Assessment" it is with all the options. It will leave the previously selected option's related field unhidden. 2) The issue is happening only when the State is Assess.FYR doc regading the fields: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-it-service-management/page/product/continual-improvement-management/reference/cim-field-descriptions.htmlWorkaroundAs far as functional issues go, it appears that the issue only affects which fields are shown and not which ones are marked as mandatory, so the customer can safely ignore fields that are not meant to show up for the selected success measurement method.Related Problem: PRB1561870
