This holiday is a part of the child schedule "Panama Holiday calendar" with the timezone as "America/Panama". The timings defined for this holiday are for all day, as it will consider 24 hours of the America/Panama timezone. This America/Panama timezone has complete overlap with the US/Eastern timezone, due to which even though the task_sla is in US/Eastern timezone because the holiday was scheduled and overlapped with it, the SLA will only run once the holiday is over.
