Directory is not created on the MID server when create a new script files record with Directory checked - Support and Troubleshooting

Directory is not created on the MID server when create a new script files record with Directory checked Issue We can create a directory record in [MID Server] -> [Script Files] by checking the [Directory];

But on the MID server we cannot find the directory which we expect to see.

Release All

Cause The reason is that the directory will not be created on the MID server if it is empty.

Resolution If we create a script file in it using [MID Server] -> [Script Files] by specifying the directory as Parent, the directory is finally visible on the MID server (after the script file is synchronized)
