How to map knowledge base/category of catalog items in a bulk to a topic under employee center taxonomySummaryStarting from Rome upgrade, new Employee center is being rolled out. In this Employee center , We have taxonomy and topics which help us display the information to the end users. Note that , There is no bulk option to map a knowledge base/ Category of catalog items to a topic in Rome release. Only when we map the knowledge base/ Category of catalog items to a topic, they are searchable. Starting from SanDiego, there are related links under topic record for bulk import. Refer below: ReleaseRomeInstructionsAs a workaround , please run the attached fix script - 'Lift & shift KB to EC' on this case to achieve below : 1. Bulk map the KB articles of a knowledge base to taxonomy topics. (or) 2. Bulk map catalog items of a category to taxonomy topics Workaround Steps: Step 1 : Import the fix script XML - Lift and shift content to Taxonomy topicStep 2 : Enter the knowledge base sys id (or) sc_category sys id and the topic sys id to be mapped.Step 3 : Save and Run the Fix script.This will create m2m content automatically and will enable search all articles from required knowledge bases (or) Catalog items.
