Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a flow

2. Add an incident trigger

3. In the search trigger field, click [Enter] or type and [Enter], or

hover over the dropdown search of the Trigger field, then press [Enter]

Actual Results: The UI page goes blank and flow will not be saved

Expected Results: The UI page should not return blank upon pressing [Enter]

Workaround Do not press [Enter] when hovering over the Trigger dropdown or search field.
