Service Builder: Creating a new offering returns "Bad Request (400)"Issue In Service Builder, when a user tries to create a new offering for a service, they will see a "Bad Request (400)" popup when submitting the new offering. The offering will also have a banner error "An exception occurred while submitting the producer." - Steps to Reproduce - 1) Open up Service Builder with a user that has the proper role (service_admin, service_author)2) Click on "Create a business service" or "Create a technical service"3) Fill out the appropriate details for the Details and Team tabs (minimum - add a name to the new service)4) Go to the Manage Offerings tab, and click on the "New" button in the offerings list5) Fill out the details to create a new offering (minimum - add a name to the new offering)6) Click "Save & Close" to submit and attempt to create a new offeringReleaseInstances originally provisioned with version Madrid or earlier, and upgraded to Rome or later.CauseWhen creating an offering through Service Builder, the Additional Contracts field in the Operations tab has a dependency on a table included in the Service Level Management - Contract Management Integration plugin. For instances originally provisioned with Madrid or earlier, this plugin is an optional install and will need to be installed manually post-upgrade to Rome or later.
