The resource plan refreshes but no action occurs. This most likely occurred when the resource plan was moved via an update set or a system clone. It can also occur when requested allocations are deleted and setWorkflow(false) is used — a scripted method that bypasses business rules and can prevent allocation records from being generated as expected. Resolution<!-- /*NS Branding Styles*/ --> .ns-kb-css-body-editor-container { p { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } span { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, #000000); } h2 { font-size: 24pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h3 { font-size: 18pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } h4 { font-size: 14pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--text-primary, black); } a { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718F); } a:hover { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #024F69); } a:target { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #032D42); } a:visited { font-size: 12pt; color: var(--now-color--link-primary, #00718f); } ul { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } li { font-size: 12pt; font-family: Lato; } img { display: ; max-width: ; width: ; height: ; } } There are three scenarios that can cause this issue. Identify which applies and follow the corresponding steps. Scenario 1: Requested allocations are missing Navigate to Resource Management > Resource Plans.Open the affected resource plan.Verify that requested allocations exist for the resource plan.If requested allocations are missing, proceed to the applicable scenario below. Scenario 2: Requested allocations were deleted Re-create the resource plan to restore the requested allocations.Once the resource plan is re-created, select the Allocate UI action and confirm the state changes as expected. Scenario 3: An update set or clone was used to transfer the resource plan Confirm that the requested allocations were included in the update set or clone transfer. If the requested allocations were not transferred, transfer them to the target instance before attempting to use the Allocate UI action on the resource plan.
