However this plugin is not installed on older instances that are upgraded so this attempt fails causing an internal error.ResolutionInstall the plugin: "Service Level Management - Contract Management Integration" (com.snc.sla.contract2) This will add the contract field to the task table and will allow you to link contracts and SLA's. It will not impact existing SLA's or SLA definitions as long as the contract field is empty.
