PDF document was not rendering inline rather it gets downloaded Issue PDF document was not rendering inline rather it gets downloaded. The behavior can be seen on both Platform UI and Service Portal.

Cause The document viewer is not activated in the instance.

Resolution 1. Activate the document viewer at instance level by adding the property: com.snc.documentviewer.enable_document_viewer and setting its value to 'true'. 2. Add use_document_viewer=true attribute to the required table.
