Unable to add Test Sets to Test Execution Suite - Support and Troubleshooting

Unable to add Test Sets to Test Execution Suite Issue Using Test Management 2.0 you are unable to add Test Sets to the Test Execution Suite .

When clicking "Add to Execution Suite" you see that nothing is happening.

You might also see the following Error in the Browser Console :

Could not execute ui action '': TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'frameElement')

Cause This is happening because the Test Management 2.0 Functionality is not compatible with List V3 and you are having List V3 Enabled in your instance.

Resolution To resolve this issue you can Disable List V3 either Globally or for the Specific List View . See the Disable List V3 Globally Documentation Here See the Disable List V3 for a List Documentation Here Please test disabling List V3 on the Specific List first by following these steps: 1. Go to Test Management 2.0 > Test Execution Suites 2. Open any Test Execution Suite 3. Click the "Add tests sets" UI Action 4. Right Click on Any Column Header (Example: 'Number') 5. Select Configure > List Control 6. Un-tick the 'Disable list v3' Check box 7. Save the Record You can then review if you want to Disable List V3 Globally with your team.
