Go to agent workspace4. Go to incident - All5. For an example take caller - modify it from the list, you were able to modify it and it saves the changes6. impersonate any snc_internal user For example : "Virtual agent" 7. Go to agent workspace8. Go to incident - All9. For an example take caller - modify it from the list, you will observe the list will not save changes.10. Go to the platform, and navigate to incident table, try to change the caller from list, you will observe the changes are getting saved. Expected behavior: - Users also with snc_internal role, changes need to be saved when users are trying to modify from list view of agent workspace. Actual behavior: - Only with admin/itil, role it is working, changes are saving when users are trying to modify from list view of agent workspace.- Users with only snc_internal role, changes are not saving when users are trying to modify from list view of agent workspace.WorkaroundThis problem has been fixed.
