Out-Of-Box Setup topic Virtual Agent Capabilities does not have 'included in topic discovery' turned on by default Description Out-Of-Box Setup topic Virtual Agent Capabilities does not have 'included in topic discovery' turned on by default and therefore it is not invoked.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hop into any Rome instance and install plugins Glide Virtual Agent and Virtual Agent Platform Topics [com.glide.cs.topics] 2. Go to Virtual Agent >> Designer and open the topic 'Virtual Agent Capabilities. 3. At the top left, click the downward arrow next to 'Active'

Actual Behavior: 'Included in Topic Discovery' is not turned on

Expected Behavior: 'Included in Topic Discovery' should be turned on by default. See the attached screenshot.

Workaround Duplicate the Out-Of-Box topic "Virtual Agent Capabilities" and manually turn on 'Included in topic discovery'
