Log in as admin.2. Go to "Service Portal -> Agent Chat".3. Create a new record for the "/sp" Portal.4. Go to "/sp" Portal. The Agent Chat icon is showing at the right-bottom area.5. Do a Homepage Search.6. It is redirected to the search page.Expected behaviorThe Agent Chat should be visible on the search page.Actual behaviorThe Agent Chat is not visible on the search page.Chat can be enabled by the "Show 'Chat' channel" option in the "Request Help Channels" WIdget.However, if users do not click on the Chat option and go to other pages, Agent Chat will not show up unless refreshing the Portal via the browser URL bar.WorkaroundThis issue is under review.
