Knowledge article preview in todosIssue When an approver tries to approve a knowledge article from the todos page, he/she doesn't get a preview of the article.They cannot approve the article without reviewing the content. The OOTB widget summarises the catalog variables for HR Case approvals but it doesn't know a preview for articles. The behavior the you is seeing is the one that is shipped OOB. The KB Approvals are using the "Approvals" "To-Do Configuration". That config shows some details in the header/Details Row that unfortunately are not available for KB Approvals (Approver for Number and Short Description). As per the body, some specific widgets are taking care of showing more specific details for HR Cases/REQs/RITMs, but for KB Approvals is using the default widget that no specific info.We will pass down this info to our Product Management group to consider adding a better OOB experience for KB Approvals as an enhancement.ResolutionIn the meantime if needed, you can exclude the KB Approvals from this OOB To-Do Configuration, and create a specific for KB Approvals, with the details they want/need in the Details Row, and even create a custom widget to show more details/preview.In addition, we reached out to the PM and there is an enhancement planned for a future Release to add more flexibility to the approvals, where the you will be able to select details that will be shown based on the approval type.
