Unable to display Knowledge Articles to Unauthenticated Users in the Engagement MessengerIssue In Engagement Messenger you are finding that the Knowledge Articles are not showing as visible for Unauthenticated Users even though you have opted to display it for them.CauseThe following criteria must be met for the Knowledge Articles to display in the Engagement Messenger: The Knowledge Base must have entries in it's "Featured Content" Related ListThe Knowledge Base must have the "public" Role added to it's "Can Read" User CriteriaThe Knowledge Articles in the "Featured Content" List must be in the "Published" StateEnsure you add a default keyword in the "glide.knowman.default_keyword" System Property Value and then add this same keyword to all articles you are wanting to display in the Engagement Messenger.ResolutionPlease verify that the above conditions are being met as well as opting to show Knowledge to the Unauthenticated Users. If they are not being met then please modify the Knowledge Base accordingly to meet these.
