Unable to change the state of a Change Request record when Change Models are being used Description The Change Request for does not allow you to change the state of a Change Request. This prevents progression of a Change Request and also prevents cancellation of new Change Requests.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a new Change Request and save the record Set the state field to 'Cancelled' and attempt to save the record Observe the state does not change Workaround If you are able to upgrade, review the Fixed In section to determine the latest version with a permanent fix your instance can be upgraded to.
