Translating the Virtual Agent Chat HeaderIssue If the user language is French or German and when the end-user starts the conversation with the Virtual agent bot the chat header should be changed to the language of the user CauseThe Chat header is a string-type field that will be translated as well. By applying UI message the translation wouldn't work. ResolutionThe easier method is to:- Enter the value in English, save- Switch your language- Enter the value in the language you switched to, save This will automatically create the Translated Name Or go to sys_translated table: Click on new the label should be having the translated value of the chat header Select the table as sys_cs_branding_setup Value should be the Virtual agent name
