Unable to edit the form on Agent workspaceIssue Form is loading as Read-only mode in agent workspace. It displays the message : "This form has not been configured for Workspace. To edit the form, select a different type of record, or contact your administrator." Tables are configured correctly in UI Views -> Forms, but still displays the same messageCauseThe workspace view rules were setting the tables to default view in the Agent Workspace- which caused it to be read-only and trigger the error message.ResolutionPlease perform the following steps to resolve the issue:1. access "workspace view rules" from the filter navigator2. search the table column for table name3. deactivate the respective rule and save4. run "cache.do" in the filter navigator5. log out of the application6. log back in and test to see if table record is showing appropriately in Agent Workspace
