Pattern Solaris Server is not populating Serial numbers for Solaris 11 and Solaris 11.4DescriptionPattern Solaris Server is not populating Serial numbers for Solaris 11 and Solaris 11.4Steps to Reproduce 1. Run Discovery for a Solaris 11 and Solaris 11.4 devices2. Step 9.11 fails for Solaris Server pattern, hence it does not retrieve a serial numberExpected behavior:In our documentation, we mention that we support both Solaris 10 and Solaris 11 devices, which should include Solaris 11.4 as well given it is the minor version. Therefore, these should both retrieve a serial number.Actual behavior:The pattern configuration based on the commands used in step 9.11 only allow for Solaris 10 devices to have a serial number populated.WorkaroundAdded failover steps to try retrieve serial number for Solaris via SNEEP installed in different location, also added 'prtdiag' command as a failover step. We have improved the pattern to support Solaris 11 and above as it was not supported before San Diego release. From Solaris 11.X we get the serial number information of the devices from the SNEEP command that where added to the San Diego release.Normally, SNEEP is considered the most reliable, which is why we take it according to the official Oracle documentation. This steps were added to as failover steps for devices 11 and above the serial number is not retrieved. The support has been added as part of PRB1403078 // DEF0105294Related Problem: PRB1403078
