i18n: Agent Workspace contains hardcoded tooltips ("Send e-mail" / "Use UP and Down arrow keys or drag") with unreferenced translated records in sys_ui_messageDescriptionTooltips in Agent Workspace are not showing or are always displayed in English, irrespective of the current language preference. The tooltip strings are present with their correspondent translated records in the [sys_ui_message] table, but are not being referenced for the localization process, not exhibiting an i18n debug prefix.Steps to Reproduce 1.1 - Type "Agent Workspace Homepage" in the Filter navigator 1.2 - Click "Agent Workspace Homepage" 1.3 - Click the "Lists" icon in the vertical menu on the left1.4 - Choose "All" under "Post Case Review"1.5 - Click on a Case1.6 - Go to the "Details" tab and see the bottom right corner of each empty field that is supposed to be filled in (e.g.: Summary, Symptoms) 2.1 - Open any incident in Agent Workspace2.2 - Fill in the field 'Assigned to'2.3 - Click on 'i' icon for selected users2.4 - Go to the "Details" tab and hover over the field 'Email' to see the tooltip2.5 - Change language to others active in the instance (i.e.: French, German)2.6 - Repeat the previous steps 2.3-2.4 and notice the tooltip Send Email is always displayed in EnglishWorkaroundThis problem has no workaround and is currently under review.
