Variable Editor is not displaying on requested item after instance cloneIssue After cloning instance Y over instance X, if you check the RITMs on instance X, the variable editor is not visible on the RITMs. No error is seen on browser console.ReleaseAll supported releases.CauseThis happens when sc_item_mtom is excluded during the clone. This table is added in Preserve Data. sc_item_mtom hold the relation between the RITM and the variable values that were provided during submitting the request.ResolutionNavigate to the sc_item_mtom table on the clone source instance.Export the table in XML format.Import the XML onto the cloned instance.Clear the cache, and reload the RITM form. The variable editor will be visible. OR Remove this table from clone_data_preserver table so that this table also get cloned.
