The issue occurs in UI16 Incident contextual search results form, not in Agent Workspace.Steps to Reproduce 1. Login as admin/ITIL in a San Diego instance2. Navigate to any incident in platform UI163. Make sure the change request field in Related records tab is empty3. Contextual search -> Select Open changes4. Link any search record to Incident using Link to Incident action5.
