Error when saving translated version of knowledge article: "Read operation on scope 'null' from scope 'Global' was denied because the source could not be found" Issue Error when saving translated version of knowledge article:

"Read operation on scope 'null' from scope 'Global' was denied because the source could not be found. Please contact the application admin."

Cause This is related to Restricted Caller Access Privilege.

Resolution Added below to this table [sys_restricted_caller_access] to fix the issue:

1) Navigating to System Applications ==> Application Restricted Access / [sys_restricted_caller_access] 2) Click the New button and then add the following information: Source Scope = Global Source Type = Scope Status = Allowed Target Scope = Human Resources: Core Target Type = Scope
