Configuring Agent Assist in Agent WorkspaceInstructionsBefore following this guide please confirm what type of workspace Agent Assist needs to be setup for. If it is customisable workspace created via UI Builder or App Engine Studio, follow Configuring Agent Assist in UI Builder KB instead. To configure Agent Assist on Agent Workspace please follow steps outlined below: Create table configuration as outlined by the documentation. Please note: existing configurations can be reused. Before proceeding to the next steps we recommend to maintain desired table configuration opened for further use.Open Contextual Side Panel configurations by searching for it in the main menu filter.Filter table column to find Incident Agent Assist configuration. It will be used as a template in order to speed up setup.Open Agent Assist record for Incident table and select "Insert and Stay" from more actions menu.Adjust the following fields from the newly inserted record: Action name - make it unique, reflecting the purpose for the new Agent Assist;Table - change it to the desired table;Action Label and Tooltip (optional) - only change this if the title shown needs to be adjusted. Values should match each other; Save the record and switch to Advanced view.In the "Component Attributes" section adjust cxsTableConfig to the Sys ID of Table Configuration created in step 1:Save the Contextual Side Panel configuration. Please note: if after configuring new Agent Assist two of them are present on the Agent Workspace record, there is another setup already existing for the parent/same table. Additional filtering will need to be setup on the older configuration in order to exclude cases covered by the new. This can be done in the Advanced view "Conditions" section:
