NLU model fuzzy matching is not predicting part words in search.Issue Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the NLU model "ITSM NLU for virtual agent"2. Test the model with "download Photoshop"Result: The system does not match the utterance to an intentExpected result:The system should be able to match the utterance, since the utterance "download @catalogItem" exists in the "SubmitARequest" intent of the model and the vocabulary source looks with fuzzy matching on the sc_cat_item name filed, where two active records exist with "Photoshop" in their name 1. Adobe Photoshop CC 2021 2. Adobe Photoshop CS V8.0 If we type "download Photoshop cs" or "download Photoshop cc" it works fine "download Adobe photoshop" also returns results properly but "download photoshop" is not working Please note: Fuzzy matching is enabled vocabulary source @catalogItem so it should return values for "download photoshop" CauseThe utterance "download photoshop" is not being mapped to the vocabulary source @catalogItem here, because the score for the matching segment "photoshop" is below the threshold, while the segments "Photoshop cs" and "Photoshop cc" have matching segment scores above the threshold so the corresponding utterances "download Photoshop cs" and "download Photoshop cc" returns the intent and entity.ResolutionThe property "glide.mlpredictor.option.nlu.fsa.intent.removeDefaultLookupSourceMinSegmentScoreOverride" can be set to true to remove the threshold check for the matching segment. Please note it can lead to more false positives.
