This makes those pages containing such widget unable to show the Case record details.Resolution Open "Who Can View Widgets" table list (m2m_sp_widget_uc_can_view_list) Personalize list Columns to shown the column "Created" Open any record by clicking the create timestamp Right click the form header and select "Insert and Stay" Change the Widget to the affected widget (e.g. HRM Case info) Change the Can View to value Roles : snc_internal Save the form
