Agent workspace : The List report opened from the single score drill-down report, is not showing all the columns/fields for some users.Issue Some users can see only one field/column: "Number" in the List report (Created on table: sc_task) opned from the Single score report from the Agent workspace Landing page/Home and some users can see all the columns added. CauseThe view assigned to the List report is "Default view".The affected users do see the duplicated columns/fields on the Default List view for the table (ex: sc_task), on which the report is configured. The same duplication of the fields can be found in the sys_ui_list_element configuration for the affected table for the view: "Default view".ResolutionTo resolve the issue: Open the Default view by navigating to the System UI > ViewsSearch for the affected table (ex: sc_task) under the Related list: "Lists".Open the record and go to the Related list: "Elements" and remove the duplicated element records by taking the back-up (export > xml > download). - Verify it resolved the issue.
