Only the exclusions defined on the system profile itself. ServiceNow provides one profile called "System Profile" which only includes the 'out of the box' defined list of exclude tables, preserve data and cleanup scripts. This System profile is read only and therefore cannot be amended. If you add any additional tables to the Excluder and Preserver modules then those tables will not be added to the 'system profile' and that caused this issue. We suggest you create a fresh profile or any other profiles except 'system profile' and please make sure to validate the profile for excluder and preservers and if the profile is missing any then add those missing tables to the profile before scheduling a clone.
