Description: Description: User has recognized some strange behavior when enlarging/narrowing the Detail/Activity Stream sections in the case that the Activity Stream is in "expanded mode" and an email is displayed in the activity stream.

Related Links Detailed Description of the Issue: -------------------------------------------- With the PARIS Upgrade a new feature comes into the system that allows to enlarge/tighten the two main sections in the Agent Work Space UI: Detail and Activity Stream. This function works fine until in the right section (Activity stream) an email is displayed. So, if user point the cursor on the separator bar, press the left mouse button and start to move the separator bar. At this point of time if user get lost control of the mouse and if user can release the left mouse button, but the separator bar continues moving itself and I cannot stop this action anymore.

The behavior is reproducible with Chrome and Edge of the newest version.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Open any record, say incident, in Workspace 2) Hover over the resize bars to get the resize handles. 3) Click and drag each bar.

EXPECTED: Form resizes following the bar movements. ACTUAL: The initial resize bar respond by a jump to left side. The movements does not follow mouse cursor all the way

Workaround After carefully considering the severity and frequency of the issue, and risk of attempting a fix, it has been decided to not address this issue in any current or future releases. The attempts we have made to address this issue has resulted in unacceptable performance degradations. Given the choice between the slight cosmetic issue and a performance issue we are choosing to close this won't fix. We do not make this decision lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
