Intermittent issue where user is unable to select Teams within the SAFe boardIssue When user Peggy Carter was using the SAFe board, she wanted to switch the Team level. When selecting the Team from the dropdown, the list was unexpectedly empty. Normally, she can select any team, but intermittently, the list is blank.CauseConfirmed by ServiceNow Development, the user preference records related to this application were corrupted for Peggy.ResolutionAfter researching the issue internally, and with the help of ServiceNow Development, Support was able to guide Peggy to clear out all user preference records related to this application. After doing this, Peggy monitored and concluded that she was no longer able to see the intermittent issue.
