Description

While creating a trigger condition on the case  table, the user is unable to select the "Contact" field as in "User field".

Seen in Rome & Quebec 

Cause

The reference qualifier for the user_field is : allow_references=true,reference_types=sys_user
As the reference qualifier has reference_types=sys_user the other are greyed out.

Resolution

Post removing reference_types=sys_user from the reference qualifier the contact field is selectable.
