In word searches on the Knowledge Homepage or Service Portal, the result list does not always show the attachments to the articleIssue When searching the Knowledge Base on the Knowledge Homepage or on the Knowledge Management Service Portal, no attachment link is displayed for some of the returned Knowledge articles in the Search Results.CauseThe attachments on the Knowledge article are only displayed if: 1) The field "Display attachments" is checked (true) in the Knowledge article record. 2) The text in the file attached to the Knowledge article contains the search term.ResolutionIf you want the info for a file attached to a Knowledge article to appear in the Search Results, add the search terms that might also be used to find the article to the text somewhere in the file, and make sure "Display attachments" is set to true (checked) in the article.
