A Business Application doesn't load the Related Items Summary The users will just have access to the related items in business apps that are mentioned under "My business applications." However, users won't be able to access the business applications mentioned under "All business applications."

When a user has any of the roles, related items in a business application load for them For any user who does not have any roles in the business application, the related items do not load Instructions Check if the error is occurring from the User Interface (UI) side Right-click on the component and then click on inspect Once the tab is opened, click on 'Console' and check for any errors Check for any custom Business Rule, Configuration Item scripts, and User Interface policy. Disable the custom Business Rule/Configuration Item scripts/User Interface policy and observe the Out of the box behavior
