Steps to Reproduce

1. Open your instance in two browser.

2. Impersonate David Loo as Agent and Go to Agent worspace and mark agent as available.

3. Impersonate Abel tuter as end user and go to /sp or $sn-va-web-client-app.do and initiate live agent support.

4. Start chat with couple of messages.

Actual behaviour: In agent workspace, from support agent side the "user id" of agent name prefix is displayed, and on hovering only "user id" of support agent is displayed

Expected behaviour: In agent workspace, from support agent side the name should be displayed as prefix, and on hovering the agent name should be displayed For example if support agent name is David loo, the prefix should be displayed as "DL" and on hovering it should display test user 12
