Non-compliant relationship showing in CMDB dashboardIssue Non-compliant relationships are showing in the CMDB health dashboard for multiple relationships. Relationships non compliant with relationship rules. 'CMDB Dashboard - CMDB View', under the 'Relationship Health' tabReleaseQuebecCause Example:1 Parent: Cloud ResourceRelationship: Hosted on::Hosts Child: AWS Datacenter This relationship is not valid because there is no suggested relationship rule created between Cloud resource and AWS Datacenter for the Relationship: "Hosted on::Hosts" in the cmdb_rel_type_suggest table. Example:2 Parent: Cloud ResourceRelationship: Hosted on::Hosts Child: Azure Datacenter This relationship is not valid because there is no suggested relationship rule created between Cloud resource and Azure Datacenter for the Relationship: "Hosted on::Hosts" in the cmdb_rel_type_suggest table Hence it showed non complaint relationships for Hosted on:: Hosts for above Parent/Childs. ResolutionCreate relationships under cmdb_rel_type_suggest table for the missing relationship typesAlternatively suggested relationships can also be created under CI Class Manager --> under suggested relationships After mapping the relationships, run the job CMDB Health Dashboard - Relationship Compliance Processor', that should fix the missing relationships. Now we have all missing suggested relationship defined for hosted on: hosts relation and that cleared the non-compliant entries from the dashboard.(earlier we have it for Cloud Resource,AWS Datacenter, Azure DataCenter, Windows server, MSSQL cluster etc) Related LinksSimilarly for the wizards containment rules and hosting rules: 'Hosting rules' the relationships are defined in cmdb_metadata_hosting table'Containment rules' the relationships are defined in cmdb_metadata_containment table.
