Live Agent Application on Now Support for Payment or Invoice or Billing Related Queries (for Customers) Background: ServiceNow's Corporate Finance team has deployed Live Agent support for Servicenow customers in Now Support (HI)'s Kodi chatbot for payment or invoice-related questions. Purpose: This document outlines the scope of the Live agent application in Now Support and the process to reach out to ServiceNow's Corporate Finance team in case of any issues. Scope: The scope of this document is only for the topic "Payment or Invoice questions" within the available conversation topics in the Kodi chatbot.For issues with all other topics, customers can raise CASE within Now Support (available only for registered users).Customers (Finance members) can contact ServiceNow Finance Live Agents using guest or registered Now Support accounts through the Kodi chatbot in Now Support.Customers would be able to enquire only about payment or invoice-related questions with the Servicenow Finance Live Agent team using the chatbot. How to use the App: Launch https://support.servicenow.comLaunch Kodi Chatbot from the right bottom corner of the portal pageThen type "Payment or Invoice questions" or select it under Show me everything>other>Payment or Invoice questionsRegistered users are able to connect to the Finance Live Agents after authenticating themselvesGuest users will be asked for their email first, After internal validation of the email with the existing ServiceNow customers, OTP (one-time passcode) is sent to their given email idAfter validation of the passcode, guest users will be able to connect to Live Agent. For any reason, the customer is having issues in reaching out to the Finance live agent, must send an email to "accountsreceivable@servicenow.com". They should not be creating a CASE in Now Support for such issues.
