Dynamic Translation: Live Agent chat transfer not working properlySummaryUpon starting a chat with an agent, the system can correctly identify the languages of both the sender and receiver. However, if the chat is transferred to another agent who prefers a different language, the system may still detect the initial agent's preferred language instead of the new agent's preferred language. Steps to reproduce: Initiate the chat with the live agent with any specific language like German/EnglishEnable the Dynamic Translation if not enabled at the Agent Workspace and start a chatIt is working as expected, now transfer the current chat to another agent which has different language ex. SpanishThe chat is not translated into Spanish it will be translated to the same German/English as the previous agent. This is expected behavior because Dynamic translation is not supported with agent transfer, queue transfer, or multiple agent/manager scenarios. This requirement can be added to the Idea Portal, or it can be voted on (if it is already submitted).
